Passion for cheese has been living for the third generation in the Rupp family.
Josef Rupp in 1908 produced the first emental the Swiss way, and from 1920 Rupp cheese began to be exported to Europe, Africa and America.
Rupp as a private company for the production of cheese has a clear goal, which is to produce only the best cheeses.
“The taste and quality go together” is the slogan under which their cheeses are formed. Good taste requires continuous high quality, starting with the selection of only the best raw materials to the manufacturing process and packaging of cheese, as evidenced by the numerous certificates and awards.
